Is an accomplished Adult Nurse Practitioner with up to 20 years of professional, clinical, education and mentoring experience in Adult- Gerontological Medicine & Mental Health within various organizations in New York & New Jersey. Inducted into the International Honor Society of Nurses and awarded for Evidence-Based Research Scholarship.
As a Board-Certified Adult Nurse Practitioner and a Naturopathic Clinical Practitioner certified member of the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). Dr. Eliacin promotes preventative medicine and naturopathy which is based on a belief in the body’s natural ability to heal itself when given the proper internal and external healing environment.

Our hemodialysis "care partners" will come to your home; based on a pre-planned weekly schedule. We accept multiple forms of payment for hourly services and certain services available 24/7.
HOME HEALTH SERVICES:
We offer trained homecare and home health service caregivers for your residential care home of choice. We are a professional home health agency that enables clients to live safely, independently and with dignity in their chosen place of residence. Our homecare services may include meal preparation, personal care, laundry, transportation, medication preparation/reminders, planned outings. Our skilled home-health services may include medication administration/reminders, chronic disease management, education and more.
